Hi! I'm Melissa, I am a Certified PN-Level 1 Nutrition Coach with a background in Natural Health and Alternative Medicine. I bring life long knowledge and passion for sports & fitness.
My purpose is to help create lifestyles for longevity that carry individuals throughout their life with ease.

Through discussion, Melissa will help you to understand and release the biological shock (ie: emotional stress) in your life responsible for the onset of your symptoms (pain, rash, allergies). This method can help guide you more effectively through the healing process of releasing unconscious emotional baggage, resulting in your body healing from the inside out, and leaving your mind at ease.
Applying German New Medicine knowledge, we will begin our session with addressing any symptoms such as pain, food restrictions, allergies, or patterns that may need to be looked at and cleared at the level of the psyche.
Client centered nutritional goals and plan.
We will start with your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, we will create a customized program using a proven coaching process. We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness. These new habits will help you feel more calm, confident, and prepared for each day—no matter what life throws at you. Every day, you’ll work on nutrition or lifestyle practice. Each practice will be customized to help you get the results you are looking for.

Over time we develop a mindset that supports our survival needs. It is not bad, it is not good, it just is and it has served a biological purpose at the time in need. However, sometimes that same frame of mind can be prolonged and ingrained, which then restrain us from living life to its fullest. In a supportive setting, we will uncover what conflict(s) are weighing you down and reframe your perception to better understand and handle situations or events.

Foundational skills and knowledge for personal nutrition. This course is for you if you are new to nutrition, have basic understanding but struggle with consistency or just don't know where to start. You will feel more confident in making your food choices, planning and prepping meals, as well as a healthy mindset surrounding nutrition. This course is not for those who enjoy fad diets & quick fixes. Who want to be told how to eat and what to eat, follow a strict "diet plan" and do not want to take responsibility for their own nutrition and health.
